Vatvum corporate kits are custom printed and prepared for each business order, so returns are not applicable once production is confirmed.

Customized, branded, and custom printed products are not returnable.
Because these products are made for a specific company or use case, a general return window does not apply.
Damage or Defect Review
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied due to an issue from Vatvum Design Studio, the case will be reviewed for an applicable refund or resolution.
Please share order details and clear images of the affected items so the issue can be assessed.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After that window, cancellation may not be possible because custom production may have begun.
